Pluckle (“we,” “our”) makes a learning app for children ages 9–11. Protecting children’s privacy is foundational to how Pluckle is built. This policy explains what we do and do not collect, in line with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
The child experience is local-first. A child’s progress, choices, badges, and self-check-in answers are stored only on the device. We do not collect a child’s name, email, photo, voice, location, or any free-text input. There are no third-party advertising or tracking SDKs, and no behavioral advertising.
Account creation, purchases, and external links live behind a parental gate. If a parent creates an account, we collect the parent’s email address solely to operate the account and premium entitlement. Purchases are processed by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat using anonymous identifiers; we do not receive card data.
Only to provide and support the service (accounts, premium access, and aggregate, non-identifying product analytics). We do not sell personal information and do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.
A parent may review, request deletion of, or refuse further collection of their account data at any time via the Parent Zone or by emailing support@csanalytics.app.
We retain parent-account data only as long as the account is active, then delete it within a reasonable period. On-device child data is removed when the app is deleted.
